Kim Bince Villagante is a queer nonbinary Filipinx second-generation settler based on unceded Coast Salish territory. They graduated from UBC in visual art and art history in 2016 and have worked as a musician, theatre performer, and arts-based youth facilitator through Access to Media. Their previous acting roles include starring in “Sal Capone: The Lamentable Tragedy Of” written by Omari Newton, and “Sister Mary’s A Dyke” by writer, Flerida Pena. Kim also known as Kimmortal released their most recent album “X marks the Swirl” in 2019 which was longlisted for a Polaris and recognized as top 19 albums of 2019 via CBC.
