Who We Serve

AHA recognizes our constituency, those we aim to serve: artists and communities formerly marginalized by systemic inequity. AHA was founded in 2010 by thirteen companies, grew that number and expanded to include collectives and individual artists. We welcome collusion with all who intentionally centre the needs of our constituents.

Joining our constituency is a way to express solidarity, put numbers behind our advocacy and be invited to contribute to actions as they arise. It also lets us know to whom we are accountable. This is not an obligation, but an opportunity to opt-in.
